We also have considerable experience in reviewing and negotiating Power Purchase Agreements including corporate Power Purchase Agreements for renewable energy projects.

• Negotiated turbine supply agreements and maintenance contracts with Vestas, Enercon, Siemens, GE among others.

• Negotiated power purchase agreements with British Gas, SSE , Vattenfall  Viridian,among others.

• Executed multiple project financings where each of the following acted as primary lender: HSH Nordbask, AIB, Bank of Ireland,Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi  among others.
